My cars

My first car was a 1987 Pontiac Trans AM

I presently drive a 2003 PT Cruiser - this is my company car, so its pretty flashy.....

I also own a 1987 Pontiac GTA Trans AM

my cats

these are the cats that have been or are still in our family.....

Midnight - he was a family pet to the fullest, he lived for 23 years, and passed away in 2009
He was a pollidactol cat, which ment he had 6 toes.  He would 'talk' to you when we came home at night.

 

Smokie - well she was our second cat, Lea brought her home from Grandmas farm one day.  How can you say no to her.  Smokie passed away in 2010.

                                                     

                                                       She would sit on the bbq making sure she did not miss a meal.

she would give me a look, that would say 'i'm busy......'

                                                   Spot, well she was the baby of Smokie above, she is still with us, and thinks she rules now....

she has her own persoality, and by the looks of those eyes no one would think of crossing her.

 WE went to visit The Hermitage, what a great tour......

 Dinner at Shonys - our waiter - he gave us a free desert if I could produce a pin from Canada or the Moose.....

 Our free desert, it was so large, that 5 of us shared it together!!!!

 Jennifer, Una and I went to Hobby Lobby ---what a great store, I saw this outside in the enterance, and I will be looking at ways to make one for my house,

 Because we were good - Jennifer promised us Sonic - what a meal....yummmmmm

 this is so true, this truck was parked in t he hotel parking lot

 Can't get this one to flip around, but you get the idea, this was imersed in 3 feet of water from the flooding that occured before we got there.....

 Grand ole oprey.....Loved every minute of it

 then off to Legends - this was a cute little bar, but they sure pulled in the crowd.

 We wen't to Nashville Auditorium were we were treated to a night of entertainment and fun. 

this was the sight coming into Detroit, it sure was pretty up there......

Home Renovations 2007-2011

Have you ever said to your other half, 'honey please don't make a mess' .... yeah we know what happens after that!!!! 


Well, this mess started almost 6 years ago, here are some postings of the pictures of the before, during, and the 'OMG SHOULD WE BE LIVING IN THIS HOUSE'???? 

I left for work and 5 hours later this is what i came home to!!!!

I never thought this day would come - but i have a bedroom again. 

No one likes the color of the bedroom (fresh cut grass)- but after sleeping in the midst of renovations for 6 years black  looks good.
